Industrial Bank Smartphone Banking

1. Overview

   With the new and improved Smart KDB, you can safely and conveniently access banking services such as account inquiries, transfers/payments, financial products, and non-face-to-face services.

   • Target audience: Individual customers (eligible for new deposits and smartphone banking sign-up through Smart KDB)
   • Please note that Smart KDB cannot be used on smartphones with rooting or hacking history.

2. New Services

   • Mobile Simple Authentication
   • • You can log in to smartphone banking and access all menus without a one-time password (OTP) using simple authentication methods (simple password/pattern/fingerprint).
     • You can transfer funds without OTP up to 10 million won per transaction and up to 50 million won per day. For amounts exceeding the limits, OTP input is required.
     • Customers who have signed up for Mobile Simple Authentication can also make small cash withdrawals (within 1 million won per day) at Industrial Bank ATMs without a cash card after applying for easy withdrawal through smartphone banking.

   • Quick Notifications and Personalized Information
   • • You can receive fast and convenient notifications for transaction details, financial information (fund profits, exchange rates, matured receipts), and marketing alerts through the PUSH service.
     • You can view your personal banking information, such as frequently accessed accounts and favorite products, at a glance in MY KDB.

   • Smart Banking and Identity Verification
   • • AI financial transaction pattern analysis provides information on periodic transfers, utility bill payments, and frequently used menus.
     • You can open new deposit accounts and use banking management services on your mobile device through non-face-to-face identity verification, without visiting a branch.

   • Secure Retirement Pension and Mobile Cash Card
   • • You can use most of the financial products offered in internet banking, including retirement pension, through smartphone banking.
     • You can issue a mobile cash card on your smartphone without a physical card and use ATM services.

     • Storage: Read NPKI (common certification) files (for customers using common certification)
     • NFC: Read/Write Smart OTP via NFC (for customers using Smart OTP)
     
     
     • Camera: Enable camera to capture identification cards and QR codes (for non-face-to-face identification verification services and customers using common certification)

   • * For specific transactions that require access permissions, consent will be obtained upon initial access to the relevant transaction that requires access permissions. Once consent is given, no additional consent will be required unless access permissions are revoked.
