Official train operation information app by JR West Japan.

For conventional lines, limited express trains, and Shinkansen within the JR West area, customers will receive push notifications if delays of 15 minutes or more are expected or occur on the registered route (10 minutes or more for the Keihanshin area during the morning rush hour, Sanyo Shinkansen, and Hokuriku Shinkansen). The notifications will provide information on the route, time, and operational status, as well as details such as affected sections, causes, expected resumption time in case of service suspension, and information on alternative transportation if available. Additionally, for some routes, customers can also check the running position of individual trains.

Main Features (all free)

• Push notifications for operational information: Notifications regarding the operational information of your registered routes will be sent via push notifications. By tapping the "Check" button on the push notification, you can review the operational information of your registered routes. Furthermore, if you wish to see detailed information on operational updates, you can visit the JR West Japan Train Operation Information website.
• Train running position display: Tapping "Check running position" on "My Routes" will display the running position of individual trains. You can see in real-time where a train is currently located and how much delay there might be. (Available for supported routes only).
• Convenient detailed settings: You can set a 3-tiered "notification level" based on operational information. Moreover, you can customize detailed notification schedules based on your lifestyle preferences, including "day setting" and "time setting."
• Show operational information for all routes: You can view a list of operational information for all JR West Japan routes. Information on delays by area is provided for the Hokuriku area, Kinki area, Chugoku area, Shinkansen, and limited express trains. Detailed operational information can be reviewed on the detailed screen.
