• Preset workouts along with the flexibility to create personalized routines
• A rewards system featuring over 150 badges

Users can select workouts online and synchronize them with the app, allowing for versatile training options, whether at home or in the gym. The app functions as a personal trainer, offering guidance and motivation throughout your fitness journey.

Additionally, the FITUS app can be synced with the Apple Health App. By enabling this connection, any workout recorded in the Health app will automatically populate your Activity Calendar, streamlining progress monitoring.
