Through 'COVID-19 Route Safety', users can verify if there has been any risk of contact with COVID-19 patients. Use the 'Check Contact Risk' function to assess contact risk. By comparing user's visited places with those of confirmed cases, it evaluates contact risk.

'COVID-19 Route Safety' is distinctive for securely protecting personal information using homomorphic encryption. User's movement information is safeguarded securely and confidentially using the latest and most secure 4th generation encryption technology, homomorphic encryption, making it impossible for anyone to access the information. Thanks to the characteristic of homomorphic encryption that allows operations to be performed in an encrypted state, even the service provider cannot access the user's location information.

[Service Introduction]
■ User's Location Information
- User's visited places are stored on the phone at 10-minute intervals. The stored route data is automatically deleted after 2 weeks.
■ COVID-19 Status
- Easily keep track of current COVID-19 daily confirmed cases trend.
■ Check Contact Risk
- By using the 'Check Contact Risk' feature, users can quickly and easily determine if there has been any contact risk by comparing user's visited places with the movement path of a confirmed case. Contact risk assessment utilizes records from up to 2 weeks before the request for confirmation.
■ Auto-Verification Feature
- Activate the 'Auto Transmission' feature at the start. It compares user's movement history with COVID-19 patient route once daily and notifies the user about any matches. This feature can also be enabled within the settings menu.

※ To use COVID-19 Route Safety, users are required to grant permission for the following two actions when starting the app:
▷ (Required) Location Information Collection Permission
- When the location information collection permission pop-up appears, please select 'Always Allow.' This is necessary for collecting location information even when the app is not running. Depending on your device, you may have to make this selection within the app permission settings. If you see options 'Allow' or 'Deny' only, please choose 'Allow.'
▷ (Recommended) Exclude from Battery Optimization
- To collect location information even when the app is not running, please agree to 'Exclude from Battery Optimization.'
▷ (Optional) Location Information Collection in Foreground
- For more accurate location information collection, you can choose to keep the app running all the time to collect location information. This setting can be configured at app startup or within the settings menu.
