1. Accessible QR Button Anywhere!

   Touch the QR button wherever it is in the tab menu to instantly access the QR scanning screen for payment and rental.

2. Unable to use the camera?

   If you can't use the camera, touch the QR button, verify the 12-digit identification number below the cabinet QR image, and manually enter the number. Payments and rentals can be made without scanning the QR code.

3. Improved Charging Pig UX/UI

   • Home Menu: From recent rental (return) point guidance to friendly usage instructions, everything can be found here.
   • Map Menu: Provides a filter feature to quickly locate nearby rental points or points necessary for rental or return. Attention is requested for upcoming updates on point-specific fee information and free charging stations available for emergency charging.
   • QR: Touch the QR button anywhere in the tab menu to quickly scan through the camera screen.
   • My Info: A menu that gathers necessary information based on your login details, including usage history, points, coupons, wallet, notification settings, and version information. For quick customer service inquiries related to rentals, navigate to My Info > Usage History to check past rentals before contacting customer support.
   • Customer Support: Instantly accessible menu without login required for announcements, FAQs, and consultations. Find answers to any questions about the service under FAQs.

4. Added Battery Location Information Screen Post Payment

   A battery location information screen has been added in numerous cabinets to guide you better on finding your rented battery. Wondering where your rented battery is located? Check the screen post-payment for guidance.
