• The app features a streamlined and intuitive design, enhancing user convenience.
• The previous user password requirement has been eliminated. Transfers can now be completed using only OTP and certificate inputs.
• Customizable main screens tailored to user types are available, providing distinct layouts for corporate representatives, individual business owners, and financial officers.
• Individual business owners can utilize digital OTP functionality, negating the need to carry an OTP generator by enabling OTP authentication directly within the i-ONE Bank Corporate App.
• Complex foreign exchange transactions can now be conveniently processed through a single QR code scan.

• Personalized services for easier navigation:
  • Tailored designs based on customer type (representative/executive/small business owner).
  • Corporate asset management services provide an overview of corporate asset status at a glance.
  • An integrated notification service helps track important tasks that could easily be overlooked.
• Quick transactions without visiting a branch:
  • Loans: Non-face-to-face loans for individual businesses (new or extended).
  • Foreign Exchange: Foreign remittances, overseas investments, export/import tasks.
  • Cards: Issuance of cards for individual businesses.
• Secure fund management features:
  • A multi-layered approval service categorized into managers and users.
  • User setting options and diverse approval methods facilitate convenient approval workflows.
  • A utilization time control service allows for management of access on nights and weekends.

■ Mandatory Permissions

• Phone calls management: Access to device information is necessary for convenient remittance and the use of IBK corporate asset management features.

■ Optional Permissions

• Storage: Used for storing and retrieving certificates, as well as temporarily saving images from ID scans.
• Camera: Required for capturing ID images and recognizing QR codes (for foreign exchange repeat remittances and joint certification QR code copying).
• Contacts: Utilized when sending SMS after quick transfers or immediate transactions.
• User access: Permissions are needed to detect remote control attempts.
• Microphone: Access is needed to facilitate voice navigation and searching financial terminology explanations.

* The i-ONE Bank (Corporate) App's access permissions are categorized into mandatory and optional permissions to ensure compatibility with Android 6.0 and above. Users on versions below 6.0 are advised to check for OS upgrade options, as permissions cannot be selectively granted on older systems. Please note that even if the OS is upgraded, previously agreed upon permissions will not change; users must delete the app and reinstall it for normal permission settings to apply.

* i-ONE Bank (Corporate) requests only minimal permissions for seamless app usage.

* While agreement to optional permissions is not mandatory, some features may have restricted functionality without them.

* Instructions for changing permissions: Phone settings > Application Management > i-ONE Bank Corporate > Permissions

* Compatible OS versions: Android 5.0 and above.

■ Important Notes

• Customers utilizing simple banking services are unable to access the i-ONE Bank Corporate App. To use the corporate app, please cancel simple banking registration and enroll in corporate electronic banking.
• • Cancellation Procedure for Simple Banking: IBK Personal Internet Banking > Banking Management > Internet Banking Management > Cancel Internet Banking
  • Enrollment Procedure for Corporate Banking: Launch the "i-ONE Bank - Corporate" App > Select "New Account/Card Registration" on the main screen > Choose "Enroll in Electronic Banking (Corporate)"
