- Convenient Returns Anywhere: Socar Eleclec allows you to return the bikes freely within clearly marked return zones on the map. Please consider the next user and nearby pedestrians by parking in a visible safe location before returning.
- Simple Payment Process: Register your card just once after signing up, and then enjoy automatic hassle-free payments each time you use the service.
How to Use:
- Register using your phone number.
- After adding your payment card, find devices near you on the map.
- Inspect the bike before renting, and always wear protective gear.
- Press the scan button and scan the QR code displayed on the electric bike screen.
- While using, be mindful of your surroundings and adhere to traffic regulations.
- You can ride outside the return zone, but make sure to leave it within the specified area on the map for return.
- Consider others and park the bike in a safe, visible spot before completing the return process.
- After returning, verify the amount due and proceed to payment with your pre-registered card by pressing the pay button. Note that usage fees vary by region; click on the device icon within the app to check.
