In reality, it serves as an excellent form of dynamic stretching that engages the entire body. It combines aerobic activity with light strength training. A single session lasts about 5 minutes, but repeating it five times equates to a 25-minute workout that surpasses the calorie-burning effects of power walking. It is particularly beneficial to practice on an empty stomach every morning.
Circuit Training consists of alternating five strength exercises with five aerobic movements, effectively creating a circuit workout that totals 30 minutes after five repetitions. This routine boasts a high calorie burn rate and also contributes to muscle stimulation, improving both strength and cardiovascular endurance. Remember to engage in sufficient stretching post-workout!
- Morning: 5 sessions of National Gymnastics (daily)
- Afternoon: Stretching during breaks
- Evening: 5 sessions of Circuit Training (4 times a week)
Alternatively, you may follow a one-hour workout consisting of 3 sessions of National Gymnastics, 5 sessions of Circuit Training, 2 additional sessions of National Gymnastics, followed by stretching every other day.
