■ Guide to App Permissions

In accordance with Article 22-2 of the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.," we obtain user consent for "App Permissions" for the following purposes:

1. Android OS 6.0 and above

- None
[Optional Permissions]
- Camera: Take photos of documents (such as passports)
- Microphone: Chatbot counseling through voice recognition, product search
- Storage: Save chatbot counseling, register photos of documents (such as passports)

2. Android OS below 6.0
[Required Permissions]
- Device and app history: Check app status (version)
- Wi-Fi connection information: Check Wi-Fi network status when the app is running
- Network: Check app network status when it is running
- Camera: Take photos of documents (such as passports)
- Photos/Media/Files: Save chatbot counseling, register photos of documents (such as passports)
- Microphone: Chatbot counseling through voice recognition, product search

3. Notes
※ The app permissions for Yellow Balloon are implemented in compliance with Android OS 6.0 or higher versions, divided into required and optional permissions.

※ Consent for optional permissions is obtained when they are required. You can still use the Yellow Balloon service without providing consent.

※ In the case of Android OS versions below 6.0, individual consent for each item is not possible. Therefore, we obtain mandatory access consent for all items. We recommend upgrading to Android OS version 6.0 or higher in order to select optional access permissions. Additionally, even if you upgrade to Android OS version 6.0 or higher, the access permissions in the existing app will not change, so you need to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to make these settings.
