You can conduct various digital financial transactions and apply for services at Internet banking, mobile banking, and cloud service counters.

We welcome you to visit any Shin Kong Bank branch across the province to apply in person or apply via the Shin Kong Web ATM for "Mobile Bodyguard" and "Mobile Bodyguard Non-Scheduled Transfer Account Setting". After that, download the "Shin Kong Mobile Bodyguard" app on your desired mobile device (phone or tablet). Enter the "Verification Code" and "Device Serial Number" provided by our bank during the application to complete the registration process, enabling you to transfer funds or make payments anytime, anywhere.

Usage Guidelines:

1. android.permission.CALL_PHONE Phone: Allows using customer service hotline feature to contact Shin Kong Bank customer service via phone calls.
2. com.willmobile.mobilebank.skbank.permission.ACTIVITY_RESULT Return to Shin Kong Bank: Allows customers who have applied for and bound the Shin Kong Mobile Bodyguard to verify and return back to the Shin Kong Bank App by opening the Shin Kong Mobile Bodyguard App.
