Founded in 2014, Beijing Duocaitou Network Technology Co., Ltd. is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, headquartered in Beijing, with offices in multiple cities across China. The company has secured over 100 million RMB in financing from various stakeholders, including prominent figures such as Lei Jun and Xu Dalai of Shunwei Capital, as well as leading international VC firm DCM Capital and domestic investment firms like Inno, Fenxiang, Yunqi, and Huocheng.

• April 2020: Total exit amount surpassed 1 billion RMB.
• February 2020: Launched a special funding plan worth 10 billion RMB in collaboration with Renmin Cultural Tourism and Beijing Bank to assist the accommodation sector struggling due to the pandemic.
• December 2019: Became an initiating member of the Homestay Development Committee under the China Urbanization Promotion Association.

• June 2017: Completed A round financing of several million dollars led by DCM China with investments from Shunwei Capital.
• July 2016: Secured millions in Pre-A round financing with contributions from Inno Angels, Fenxiang Investment, and Shunwei Capital.
• August 2015: Received angel investment from Shunwei Capital co-founded by Lei Jun and Xu Dalai.
