Good day! I am Yoshiharu Doi. I have developed the "Doi Yoshiharu's Japanese Cuisine" app.

Over the years, I have been sharing Japanese home cooking with everyone through books, magazines, TV, and radio. Additionally, through the smartphone app platform, I envision a more direct connection with all of you.

The app's notable feature is that whenever you feel the change of seasons, I can promptly convey that scenery to you. For instance, when it starts to get hot, it's the perfect time for refreshing dishes; or when it cools down, you might crave hearty meals. When identifying seasonal ingredients, I can provide you with the cooking methods not only through text and photos but also through various means such as videos and audios. It’s possible for me to capture the process of making a dish, explaining it to you personally by filming it on my smartphone.

In Japanese home cooking, "seasonality" holds great significance. Through this app, my goal is for you to enjoy Japanese home cooking in a new light. As this is a new method for me as well, I ask for your continued support and patience.

<li>Search function tailored for ingredients and specific purposes.</li>
<li>Some recipes include nutritional information such as calories, salt content, etc.</li>
