Residents of the community are offered a free intelligent access control service for opening the community entrance/gate or building entrance/door with a mobile phone.

Neighborly door opening, one-click opening of the community entrance/gate or building entrance/door, convenient, secure, and thoughtful!

• Convenient: With the phone in hand, residents can directly open the door by opening the app, making it convenient and fast. When friends and family visit or when deliveries arrive, residents can open the door remotely without leaving their home or going downstairs. It's super convenient.
• Secure: Access control permissions are reviewed and authorized by property management to prevent unauthorized access, increasing the community's security level.
• Thoughful: Provides a variety of lifestyle services including property notices, pet registration, visitor authorization, password entry, key card management, and other user-friendly features - a very considerate design.

Monthly Membership Rules:

• Payment: Payments are deducted from the user's iTunes account immediately upon purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: Apple iTunes accounts will be charged 24 hours before expiration, and upon successful payment, the subscription period will be extended by one cycle.
• Cancellation: To cancel renewal, users must cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period. Steps for cancellation: Go to [Settings] from the Home page - click on [iTunes Store & App Store] - click on [Apple ID], select [View Apple ID] - [Account Settings] - click on [Subscriptions], and select Watch Door continuous monthly subscription to cancel.
