By utilizing features like morning and evening input, as well as blood pressure tracking, all available for "free," you can kickstart your progress for two weeks and see the difference.
Registration Process
- During the initial setup screen on the first launch of the app, input your height.
- If needed, fill in target date, targeted weight, and body fat percentage.
- In the history input screen, enter registration date, time, weight, body fat percentage, and notes then proceed with registration.
- The weight (top), body fat percentage, and BMI (bottom) for the registered date will be reflected on the line graph.
If you register multiple times in a day, the average value will be reflected on the graph.

- Average value display. (Displays 7, 14, 28-day average values on the graph and history list.)
