This app is exclusively available to individual customers who possess a standard savings account and cash card with Hekikai Shinkin Bank. Users can register their main account and up to four sub-accounts within the application.

The service operates 24 hours a day, although there may be periods of downtime for system maintenance by either Hekikai Shinkin Bank or Moneytree.

To utilize the app, users should download it and register their ordinary savings account details, including store number, account number, name, date of birth, registered phone number, cash card PIN, and email address. This setup includes verifying a code sent to the registered email address to ensure security.

The app is free to use; however, any data charges incurred from downloading or using the app are the responsibility of the customer. Users should be aware that the app may utilize location data for delivering relevant promotional information. Security precautions are advised, including installing security software on devices.
