The Public Authority for Social Insurance aims, through its strategy, to achieve the happiness and satisfaction of the esteemed public by providing the best electronic services and improving the level of work, facilitating transactions to be completed quickly with high quality and keeping up with global technological advancements.

In light of this, the Public Authority for Social Insurance in Kuwait has launched the first package of electronic services in a smartphone application and website, available in both Arabic and English, while ensuring utmost confidentiality and user privacy.

There are two ways to login to these services: sending a secure text message with a verification code to the registered phone number with the authority, or by entering the username and password issued by the General Authority for Civil Information.

Some of the most important services include:

1. Updating personal data, available to all registered individuals with the authority (pensioners, beneficiaries, insured individuals)
2. Exchange of replacements for pensioners, available to pensioners.
3. Repayment of replacements, with online payment through K-Net, available to pensioners.
4. Advance payment of pensions, available to pensioners.
5. Requesting the payment of 7 net retirement pensions, available to pensioners.
6. Electronic payment for employers, available to all registered business owners with the authority.
7. Electronic payment for insured individuals under section V, available to all registered insured individuals under section V with the authority.

Some of the key advantages include:

1. Notifications service - instant text messages are sent to the phone number registered with the authority upon completion and execution of a service.
2. Service definition - can be used to understand the nature of services available.
3. Identification of the authority's branches, their addresses, and phone numbers. If a specific branch is identified, users can directly navigate to its location on Google Maps.
4. Possibility to request assistance through sending an email.
5. Possibility to switch the app's language between Arabic and English.
