How to access the "Patient's Personal Account" application:

1. To gain access to the Patient's Personal Account, you need to visit any of the company's clinics.
2. During your visit, please contact the administrator to be connected to the Personal Account system and sign the Agreement on distance services, including access to the Personal Account.
3. If you have previously visited our clinics and signed an Agreement on distance services, access to the Personal Account can be granted by calling the hotline at 8-800-700-700-1 (toll-free).
4. After that, you will be able to manage your profile settings and utilize the full functionality of the application, including online appointment scheduling and appointment reminders. Users of the application have access to:
   • Finding the best specialist
   • Quick and convenient appointment scheduling
   • Configuring profile notification settings
   • Receiving notifications about upcoming events
   • Managing appointments for other family members (children) from a single application (multi-account)
