Check VIN and license plate number - this application will help you learn more about a car when purchasing. VIN checks are a reliable way to verify a car's information before buying. Our application allows you to find out:

• The registration history with the traffic police, including the number of previous owners, ownership periods, chassis number, engine number, and more.
• The mileage recorded during the technical inspection.
• The accident history since 2015, including the time and location of accidents, as well as significant damages.
• If the vehicle is wanted by authorities, providing information on the region initiating the search and the date the information was added to the database.
• If there are any restrictions on registration actions with the traffic police, usually imposed by judicial bailiffs.
• If there is a valid car insurance policy (OSAGO), including the policy's series, number, and the name of the insurance company.
• The car's last inspection date, diagnostic card number, expiration date, and its license plate number at the time of inspection.
• If the car is pledged by a bank; this protects you from buying a financed vehicle.

In the application, you can search using either the VIN or license plate number of the car.

All checks in the application can be performed for free. There is only one in-app purchase - "PRO Version." It unlocks additional sources for VIN checks.

• The application works only for cars registered with the Russian Traffic Police.
• Searching information using the chassis number is temporarily unavailable as this data is not provided by the traffic police.
• The application offers a service for obtaining unlimited full reports on a car, provided through a subscription with a free trial period of 3 days. The monthly subscription costs 499 RUB/month, and the semi-annual subscription costs 1999 RUB/6 months. Payment will be charged to the user's iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and determine the cost of renewal. Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription again.
