Bebe Cook is an application dedicated to the nutrition of infants and young children, representing a significant step forward in promoting proper and healthy dietary habits from a young age. The importance of a balanced diet in the early years cannot be overstated, as it plays a crucial role in developing healthy children.

As mothers, we created this application based on our own concerns and experiences. Questions such as “am I taking the right steps?”, uncertainty about “what to cook tomorrow,” and doubts regarding “whether this combination is appropriate” prompted the development of Bebe Cook.

The Bebe Cook application offers a collection of recipes organized by age, starting from six months onward. It includes feeding charts categorized by month to assist parents in the proper introduction of new foods suitable for their child's developmental stage.

All recipes and feeding guidelines are sourced from brochures on infant nutrition, baby cookbooks, experiences shared by other mothers, and, importantly, follow the recommendations from the Manual for Proper Nutrition of Infants and Young Children published by the Institute for Public Health in North Macedonia. This manual advocates for the introduction of solid foods beginning at six months of age.

The application features a planner with ready-made weekly menus to simplify daily meal preparations, eliminating the need to contemplate what to cook each day. Additionally, it includes a grocery list function that allows users to mark ingredients required for recipes conveniently.
