The process of paying for utility services and internet has been streamlined, allowing users to manage their transactions conveniently from home.

FUNCTIONALITIES OF THE "PAYMENTS" APPLICATION:

• Pay utility services: rent, gas, electricity, water, heating, capital repairs, garbage collection;
• Submit meter readings;
• Pay for internet services;
• Utilize QR code payments;
• Make payments without receipts - set up a single payment and repeat it easily;
• Link your card for quick and easy payments;
• Manage payments for multiple apartments/houses;
• View payment history;
• Receive payment receipts via email;
• Make payments from any city.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO PAY:

1. Install the mobile application.
2. Register using your phone number; a verification code will be sent via SMS.
3. Locate your service provider by either:
   • Scanning the QR code from your receipt;
   • Selecting a provider from a list;
   • Entering the provider’s name or TIN in the search field.
4. Input your account number (found on your receipt); this will auto-fill if you scan the QR code.
5. Enter any meter readings if applicable.
6. Provide your card details for payment.
7. Return to repeat the payment next month; all your information will be saved for convenience.

SERVICE PROVIDER NOT LISTED?

• Select "Utility Payment by TIN (GIS Housing and Utilities);"
• Input your service provider’s TIN (available on your receipt);
• Fill out the mandatory fields.

If the payment amount does not load automatically, you can manually enter the amount from your receipt. Note that payments may take up to three business days to reach the recipient. Receipts can be found in your payment history within the application or sent to your email.
