Sergas Móbil is an application developed by the Galician Health Service (Sergas) with the aim of providing the entire population with a comprehensive, inclusive, and efficient catalog of apps and e-services.

The application offers the following services:

• Patient management: Conveniently manage multiple patients by entering their personal data only once.
• Virtual health card: Store your health card on your mobile device for easy access.
• 061 emergency calls: Make emergency calls directly from the app, providing GPS coordinates for faster assistance.
• Primary care appointments: Easily manage and schedule primary care appointments through your mobile device.
• Appointment consultation and scheduling: View all your primary and specialized care appointments, and even schedule new appointments.
• Video consultations: Receive personalized healthcare without the need to visit a healthcare center.
• My centers: Find healthcare centers near you using geolocation.
• Integrated access to other applications: Seamlessly access É-Saúde (personalized health services and content) and other Sergas applications.
• Latest news: Stay informed with the latest news published by Sergas.
• Social media integration: Easily access Sergas' social media channels.
• Messages: Stay informed with general notifications sent by Sergas regarding updates, alerts, etc.
• Access to the European Union Digital COVID Certificate (vaccination, recovery, and test certificates).
• Available in Galician and Spanish (Castilian).

The application requires the following permissions to function:

• Geolocation: The app utilizes location services to provide turn-by-turn guidance when you arrive at a healthcare center, for augmented reality features to navigate indoors, and to share your location with emergency services when making a call from the "061 Emergency Calls" section.
• Wi-Fi networks: The app uses Wi-Fi to pinpoint your location inside healthcare centers and provide indoor navigation.
• Bluetooth: The app uses Bluetooth to locate you inside healthcare centers and provide indoor navigation.
• Microphone: The app requires permission to access your microphone for conducting video consultations with healthcare professionals.
• Storage: The app needs access to your gallery to select and associate photos with patients. It also requires write permissions for downloading documents.
• Calendar: The app needs permission to use your calendar to add appointments.
• Camera: The app needs camera access for video consultations with healthcare professionals and for scanning health cards when registering patients.
• Phone: The app requires permission to directly call the emergency hotline (061). If this permission is not granted, the app will dial the number on the phone's dial pad, and you will need to manually make the call.
• NFC: The app requires NFC permission to securely read DNIe certificates for high-level security access.
