KT Certification Management is a service currently provided free of charge as a basic offering. The Smart Certification Service is provided through the Apple App Store's 'In-app Purchase' method. After downloading the KT Certification Management for free, users are required to purchase a 1-year subscription for service registration.

If the current version of your 'Olleh Certificate' is below 3.1.1, you must search for 'KT Certification Management' in the app store and update it to use it properly (How to check version: Click the i button at the top right of the main screen -> Guide -> Bottom Version Information).

1. What is KT Certification Management?

   - KT Certification Management is a public application that stores and shares public certificates to be used in applications such as banking, securities, and payments based on iPhones/iPod Touch.

2. What is Smart Authentication Service?

   - The Smart Authentication Service of KT Certification Management allows using security token functions with the stored certificates on iPhones and provides services for secure electronic transactions with affiliates of KT Certification Management that offer security tokens and smart authentication media.

3. Provided Features
   • KT Certification Management stores public certificates from affiliate applications.
   • If an affiliate application requires a public certificate stored in KT Certification Management, it securely transfers the public certificate.
   • You can copy public certificates stored on your PC to your smartphone via KT Certification Management so that you can use them in various public certificate-based applications simultaneously on your smartphone and PC.
   • Easily install and run applications affiliated with KT Certification Management through the affiliate application links at the bottom of KT Certification Management.
   • You can delete and change passwords of your certificates through KT Certification Management.
   • You can store certificates saved on your PC in Smart Authentication using KT Certification Management.
   • Certificates stored in Smart Authentication can be used for electronic signatures and certificate deletion with just one Smart Authentication password.
4. Important Notes
   • When receiving smartphone A/S, delete the certificates stored in KT Certification Management for customer information protection.
   • If you no longer use KT Certification Management, delete all public certificates before deleting the application for customer information protection.
   • If obsolete certificates remain in KT Certification Management, please delete those certificates.
   • In case of losing your phone, make sure to invalidate the certificate through the issuing organization before requesting reissue of your certificate.

1. Certificate Password Change
   • You can change the password of certificates stored in KT Certification Management.
   • Note that passwords changed through KT Certification Management may differ from those within affiliate applications, therefore exercise caution.
   • Certificate passwords should be secure - 8 or more characters but fewer than 64, a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters, or single-use of numbers, letters, or special characters. Sequential numbers, repeated identical numbers, or phone numbers are restricted for safe certificate usage.
2. Importing Certificates
   • To securely move and store public certificates saved on your PC to KT Certification Management, visit http://cert.kt.com/, allowing you to use various affiliate applications based on stored certificates.
   • Certificate importation is provided via mobile communication networks (3G) and WiFi, where data usage charges may apply depending on your plan when utilizing mobile networks..
   • To switch imported certificates to Smart Authentication Service, it is only accessible if you purchase a '1-year subscription' via 'In-app Purchase' method on the Apple App Store.
