By issuing a KB mobile certificate from KB Star Banking, you can easily perform financial transactions using a simple password without the need for patterns, fingerprints, or security devices (security cards/OTP).

• Smart OTP service for customers who have smart OTP:

1. Smart OTP service explanation:
Smart OTP is a new type of OTP that generates a disposable password by contacting a smart card with an IC chip embedded in an NFC-supported smartphone and sends it to the transaction terminal.
2. Target customers:
Individual banking customers (including individual business owners and individual arbitrary organizations)
3. Smart OTP issuance guide:
Apply for smart OTP card issuance at KB Kookmin Bank branches(※ Issuance fee: KRW 3,000 (exempted for KB Star Club Gold/Royal/MVP customers))
4. Guide for devices capable of using Smart OTP:
Android phones with NFC support and a USIM card with a stored phone numberYou can immediately check if they are available after installing the app (app execution > menu > new customer guide)(※ Not available on iPhone, iPad, tablet PC)
5. How to use Smart OTP:
*OTP password entry procedure Click the [Smart OTP Input] button on the Smart OTP input screen of internet banking transfers, etc. Unlock the authentication phone's lock screen and contact the KB Smart One integrated Certification Card when the Smart OTP input popup window appears on internet banking. Check the internet banking transaction details on the authentication phone and send the OTP password. Click [Confirm] on the internet banking Smart OTP input popup window and enter the OTP password.
6. Precautions:
To use Smart OTP, you need to enable NFC function in mobile phone NFC settings > NFC mode change. Mode settings may need to be changed depending on the Android OS version and card type.

[Essential access rights]

• Phone: Access rights to mobile phone status and device information are used when using Smart OTP, checking version information/update, etc.

(※ Essential access rights are necessary for KB Smart One integrated certification service, and if permissions are denied, service usage may be restricted.)

[Optional access rights]

• Storage space: Access rights to device photos, media, files are used when using fingerprint certificates.
• Camera: Access rights to photography functions are used when logging in to internet banking using KB dundun easy certification with QR code capture.

(※ Even if you do not agree to allow optional access rights, you can still use KB Smart One integrated certification service. However, there may be restrictions on the use of necessary functions, and you can change the permissions in [Smartphone settings>Applications>KB Smart One integrated certification>Permissions] menu.)

(※ For smartphones using Android OS version 6.0 or below, all essential access rights may be applied without optional access rights. In this case, please check if the smartphone's operating system can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or higher, and after deleting the installed app, reinstall it to enable access right settings normally.)
