• The KB Smart Loan mobile web application is designed to support the loan services on the KB Smart Loan platform and cannot operate independently.
• When applying for a loan or entering into an agreement through KB Smart Loan, the application automatically activates to provide the following functionalities:
  • Verification of the public certification, password entry, retrieval, and deletion functions.
  • Automatic document submission via administrative agency scraping.
  • Document photo capture and submission of saved images from the mobile device (editing features such as cropping and rotation are available).
  • ID photo capture and submission functionality.

Usage Instructions

• Target Users: Customers owning a smartphone in their name.
• For tasks requiring application functionality (such as document submission and public certificate password entry), please verify if the app is installed at the KB Smart Loan mobile web site (www.kbsmartloan.com). If it is not installed, users will be directed to the App Store or Play Store for installation. Upon installation, the app will launch automatically to perform the required functions.
• iOS users cannot directly use identification stored on their device; it must first be transferred to a PC through their financial institution. Users can then access the KB Smart Loan PC website (www.kbsmartloan.com) and utilize the “Retrieve public certificate via smartphone” feature.

Notice on App Access Permissions

In accordance with Article 22-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, necessary access permissions for providing the ‘KB Smart Loan Service Support’ are as follows:

• Optional Access Permissions:
  • Camera: For capturing ID and document photos.
  • Photos (iOS): For submitting stored document photos.
  • Storage (Android): For submitting stored document photos and accessing certificate data.
• It is possible to use the KB Smart Loan Service Support app without granting optional permissions; however, certain features may be restricted. Permission settings can be adjusted in [Smartphone Settings > Applications > KB Smart Service Support App > Permissions].
