AI Call Assistant Lite is a service designed for small business owners, enabling them to manage phone calls more efficiently. When circumstances prevent them from answering calls, the AI takes over, listens to customer inquiries, and provides a written summary to ensure no important calls are missed.

This service can be subscribed to through the KT customer center (number 100) or various authorized dealerships. Clients who enroll can review customer inquiries from missed or unanswered calls via the AI Call Assistant Lite app. Additionally, by customizing greetings, businesses can convey real-time store conditions or promotional information to customers immediately upon connection.

Subscription Details

• Subscriptions can be made through KT's official dealerships or customer center (100).
• All customers using KT lines in their stores are eligible to apply.
• Installation of the AI Call Assistant Lite app requires designating a wireless number.

Login Process

• Basic authentication is performed using the landline number and store name, followed by setting a six-digit password.
• Device authentication is required on the registered mobile number during enrollment and login (authentication on other devices is not permitted).

Greeting Customization

• Through greeting settings, business owners can communicate personalized messages to customers immediately upon call connection.
• Store conditions or promotional content can be freely entered up to 150 characters.
• Messages can include desired background audio, with a preview option available.

Temporarily Switching Off Store Phone

• If unable to answer calls due to being busy or unavailable, the store phone can be temporarily turned off while the AI takes the call and sends a written record of customer inquiries through the app.

Voice Memo Feature

• If the store phone is engaged or unanswered, the AI will still capture customer inquiries in writing and submit them via the app.

Reporting Issues

• For any issues encountered while using the app, please send detailed information along with your mobile device model and screenshots to [email protected] for prompt assistance.
• Alternatively, inquiries or concerns can be addressed through customer service by calling number 100 for swift resolution.
