텍뷰(텍스트뷰어)

TexView was developed for the purpose of viewing martial arts novels or novels in text file (.txt) format. It is suitable for those who only need simple functions without advertisements.

Permissions:

• Change audio settings
• Pair with Bluetooth devices
  • Required for mono Bluetooth support for reading aloud.
• Read phone status and ID
  • Needed to stop read-aloud when interrupted by incoming calls.
  • (If not stopped, the read-aloud sound will be mixed with the call sound.)
• Modify/delete content on USB storage or SD card
  • Necessary when deleting files in the "Open File" window.

Main Features:

• No ads
• Prevents screen shutdown due to power-saving function
• Automatically detects file encoding (Korean, UTF-8, UTF-16)
• Slightly manipulates the original text to display a lot of content on the screen (line concatenation processing)
• Text-to-speech (TTS) function available (works only on devices with Korean TTS installed)
• Listen to read-aloud using a mono Bluetooth headset
• Window mode available (select "Window Mode On" in Settings → [Window Mode])

Settings and Functions:

• Screen brightness, font (external font possible), text size, line spacing, text color, background color (image) settings
• Page navigation, search, bookmarks, auto-scroll functions
• View in full-screen mode, hide title bar, open status (notification) bar
• Remembers the last viewed position
• Password lock function

Limitations:

• Does not support large text files.
• The app may terminate due to low memory error during execution.
• • (Confirmed up to 2MB on Galaxy S2. It is not guaranteed above this size.)

To use smoothly without errors, reduce file size to a maximum of 1MB and occasionally clean memory.
