• WON Money can be recharged, converted, and gifted. It is also possible to deposit to and withdraw from your own account through ATM.
• With WON Together, you can access the integrated services of Our Financial Group.
• We provide various financial product benefits such as Our Card, Savings, Loans, and more from Our Financial Group.
• Our Card users can accumulate points as WON Money.
• You can conveniently manage your credit status without affecting your credit application through free credit inquiries.
• Purchase discounted coupons and special shopping items with WON Money.
• You can accumulate WON Money for free every day.
• Please contact our customer center for detailed inquiries regarding our WON Membership. (080-899-5000, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

※ Usage Information

• WON Membership is available only on the mobile app.
• Service is not available on rooted or tampered operating systems.
• Data fees may apply if you exceed the limit on data usage in 3G/LTE/5G environments with flat-rate plans.
• WON Membership does not require your personal information or full security card number.

※ App Permissions Information

To use our WON Membership service, the following access permissions are necessary:

a. Required Access Permissions

• (Required) Phone: It is necessary to verify your identity through phone status information, make calls to the customer center, and use ARS authentication.
• (Required) Storage: It is necessary to check for OS tampering.

b. Optional Access Permissions

• (Optional) Notifications: It is necessary to deliver information about WON Membership, events, and benefits.
• (Optional) Contacts: It is necessary for WON membership activity and notifications such as WON Money, coupons, and event winners.
• (Optional) Biometrics: It is necessary for login, WON money usage, and financial transaction authentication.

· Although service usage is possible without granting optional permissions, there may be limitations on some functions.

· How to change app access permission settings:

- Go to phone settings → applications → WON Membership → You can change permissions.

※ For devices using Android OS 6.0 or earlier, it is not possible to change access permission settings, and all access permissions are set as required. If you refuse access permissions, you will not be able to use the WON Membership app.
