The Smart Civil Complaint system, initially launched in April 2017, has been developed into a paid service that enables individual users to access corporate real estate document issuance systems. It allows users to request official documents for specific addresses, which are then issued by relevant government agencies and provided in PDF format.

The documents provided include registered certificates obtained through the Internet Registration Office, such as land, general buildings, collective buildings, and corporate registrations. Additionally, certificate types accessed via Government 24 include land registers, land use plans, cadastral maps, building management registers, and individual land price notices.

Utilizing the Smart Civil Complaint service offers several advantages:

• After entering the target address, users receive the results via push notifications for convenience.
• Results can be obtained as quickly as within three minutes after address input.
• The service uses up-to-date address information, enabling requests for newly constructed buildings.
• An unmanned automated issuance system operates year-round, 365 days a year, providing seamless access.
• In case of errors, detailed explanations are provided to minimize time lost in troubleshooting.
