Service Access Authorization

At Mind Cafe, we only request access authorization when necessary. You can still use our services without granting optional permissions, but some features may be limited.

Optional Access Permissions:

• Notifications: Allow notifications to receive chat and call alerts, community notifications, and event announcements. Without this permission, you won't receive chat or call alerts from experts.
• Microphone: Allow microphone access for counseling and coaching sessions that involve phone conversations. If not granted, you won't be able to have conversations with experts.
• Camera: Allow camera access for video therapy and coaching sessions. If not granted, you won't be able to have video calls with experts.
• Phone: In case online counseling or coaching becomes difficult, we will use virtual numbers for telephone sessions. Without this permission, receiving calls from 050 numbers will be affected.
• Storage Access: Access storage to play music during the "Find Myself" test. Even without this permission, you can still take the test but won't be able to play music.
• Nearby Devices (Android 12 and above): Use nearby device access for wireless audio device connection.
