In particular, the convenience store delivery service allows customers to easily and conveniently receive packages by providing the locations of convenience stores affiliated with over 10,000 convenience stores nationwide.

Additionally, when customers make pre-paid payments for package delivery through the Lotte Delivery App, they can earn L.Points equivalent to 2% of the payment amount, which can be used like cash.
※ L.Points are accumulated based on completed deliveries within a month and credited in batches on the 5th of the following month.
※ L.Points can be earned by registering the L.Point card number on the payment screen.

- Dormitory Package Reservations: Provides package services for schools with dormitory delivery contracts

2. Optional Access Permissions
- User Location: Used for package tracking and convenience store delivery reservations
- Photos/Camera: Used for taking and attaching photos related to cargo accidents
- Notifications: Used for notification services related to package delivery

Granting optional access permissions is required for the relevant features.
The service can still be used even if the user does not grant these permissions, except for the relevant features.
