* Subscription withdrawal and refund information
- For paid content purchased by users, within seven days from the contract date or from when paid content is available, you can withdraw (cancel your purchase) without additional fees. However, certain paid content received as gifts or through events provided by the company or third parties, already used at the time of withdrawal request, or deemed used, may be restricted from cancellation according to relevant laws.

* Effects of withdrawal
- If the company receives returned goods within three business days from users, they will refund the payment. In case of payment verification required for certain payment methods, refunds will be made within three business days after verification. In cases where the company delays refunds, interest based on official rates will be paid during the delay period.

* Provision on minor payments
- If minors make payments for premium content in applications without parental consent, minors or their legal guardians can request a cancellation of payments. However, requests for cancellation may be restricted if minors' payments fall within limits of properties disposed with permission from legal representatives or when minors deceived adults using trickery. The status of whether buyers of premium content are minors is determined based on the name on payment devices such as terminals or credit cards used during payment processes. When requesting cancellation of minor payments, proof of being a minor and a legal guardian may need submission according to company needs.
