  • Search for hospitals, doctors, departments, or diseases through a search engine to quickly find matching departments, hospitals, or doctors.
  • Doctor's Page: View the doctor's practice locations, schedules, introductions, specialties, and book appointments directly by operating the schedule to enter the appointment registration.
  • Hospital Page: View hospital introductions, available functions, in-hospital navigation, and department doctors.
• Appointment Registration: Book appointments online to see a doctor in advance and reduce waiting time.
• Check-in, Queueing, and Calling Numbers: Support different registration methods such as distance check-in, scanning QR codes for number retrieval. After successfully retrieving the number, enter the queue line to reduce waiting time.
• Consultation Payment: At hospitals with this feature enabled, users can use Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, and other payment methods for outpatient payments. After successful payment, use the barcode from the paid records to scan at the corresponding window for medication pickup, laboratory registration, and examination registration.

• Caring Health Manager:
  • Report Inquiry: After reports are available, users can view them through the app's report inquiry feature. It supports batch queries of historical reports and real-time queries of specific reports which include laboratory and examination reports.
  • My Health Record: Users can view their health record information on the app including outpatient records, inpatient records, and medical examination records.
  • Zhongshan Health Pass: Zhongshan Health Pass is an identity recognition for medical services in Zhongshan City. Residents can apply for Zhongshan Health Pass through the app or obtain a physical card at the service windows of various hospitals. With Zhongshan Health Pass, residents can receive medical treatment across the entire city.
  • Symptom Checker: Analyze disease probabilities based on demographics, symptoms, and age. It includes a comprehensive knowledge base of medication, diseases, laboratory tests, and examination indicators providing drug information, disease information, and querying of laboratory tests and examinations.
  • Health Tools: Insulin calculation, self-assessment of due date in pregnancy (BMI), self-assessment of waist-hip ratio.
  • Card Management: Manage cards such as Zhongshan Health Pass and social security cards. Users can also link family information to help family members with appointment registrations.

• Safeguarding Family Health Together:
  • Historical Appointments: View historical appointment records; cancel appointments one day before the visit and evaluate doctors after treatment completion.
  • Evaluation Records: View historical evaluation records.
  • Family Doctor Contracting: A family doctor becomes the guardian of your and your family's health by assisting in developing healthy habits and preventing diseases.

  • Via iPhone health data to access the user's latest and historical step count information to track physical activity levels.
  • Mall-Current Steps: Support integration with health app data (HealthKit) to view current step count.
