Pet Account Overview

The Pet Account allows you to register information about your dogs, cats, and other small animals, providing tailored advice and insights curated by veterinarians and experts. Users receive weekly columns aligned with their pets' growth and seasonal needs, as well as grooming and training videos.

By registering the primary veterinary clinic, users can engage in pre-visit consultations, receiving personalized messages and recommendations from the hospital. The Pet Account was awarded the Good Design Award in 2019.

Veterinary Clinic Registration

As of September 2023, there are 941 partnered veterinary clinics nationwide. Registering your primary clinic unlocks a range of convenient services:

• Ability to register your usual clinic
• Notifications and messages from the clinic
• Access to informative articles that enhance pet care

Online Reception

• Registration can be completed via smartphone from home
• Reduced waiting time at the clinic
• Notification prompts when it’s time for your appointment

Pre-Visit Consultation

This feature enables users to communicate their concerns to the veterinary clinic in advance, allowing for detailed input regarding symptoms, thereby streamlining the check-in process.

Users receive helpful messages and notifications from their registered veterinary clinic, including closure announcements and expert advice, enhancing overall convenience.
