The Saraj Electronic School System is a system developed by Al-Kafil Information Technology Center to facilitate and enhance the educational process by utilizing modern technology. It provides a means of communication between the school administration and parents, allowing them to monitor their child's academic progress and behavior in real time without the need to physically go to the school.

Key features of the application include:

• Access to the application through a unique password provided by the school administration, giving students and staff members permissions to utilize the services offered.
• The application provides comprehensive information about the student, including their grade level, academic advisor, and other basic information. It also includes evaluations of behavior, academic performance, grades, messages, and more.
• Administrative or academic notifications can be sent through the application, with the ability to attach images and receive instant audible notifications upon arrival.
• The application facilitates communication between parents and teaching or administrative staff according to the permissions set by the administration.
• The application allows users to access the school calendar, which includes important annual events such as the start of classes, vacation dates, school trips, and more.
• The application supports multiple accounts, allowing for the opening of multiple accounts for students or teaching staff within the same application. This enables users to receive notifications, messages, and all important notifications from all accounts simultaneously.
• The application offers a password lock feature to prevent unauthorized access and tampering.
