A review of Clalit's Online Doctor Service

Is the clinic closed and the heat unbearable? Is your child complaining of stomach pain in the middle of the night? Has a strange rash appeared? Clalit's excellent family, pediatric, and dermatology doctors are available for you online, without leaving your home.

The service is available for Clalit customers only.

What does the service offer?

• A preliminary consultation and guidance with physicians trained in telemedicine.
• The consultation is provided by family doctors, pediatricians, and dermatology specialists.

What are the operating hours?

• The family and pediatric service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The dermatology service is available from Sunday to Thursday, from 08:00 AM to midnight, and on Fridays from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM.

How to use the service?

1. Download the app.
2. For family doctors, leave your details in the following form: https://clalit.femi.com/clalit-familywebapp/WorkingTimeDetails.aspx.
3. For pediatricians, leave your details in the following form: https://clalit.femi.com/ChildrenForm/WorkingTimeDetails.aspx.
4. For dermatologists, leave your details in the following form: https://clalit.femi.com/clalit-skinwebapp/WorkingTimeDetails.aspx.

Service terms:

• The service does not replace a clinic and is not an emergency medical center.
• Referrals to all sorting rooms in the country can be obtained, except for urgent medical centers, except for Clalit Rishonim, Clalit Carmel, and Clalit Zvulun (starting at 7:00 PM).
• Prescriptions are received by email or fax.
• The dermatology service requires uploading three pictures of the affected area in order to receive consultation. Without uploading pictures, consultation cannot be provided. The consultation will be given within 2 business days.
• The physicians in the service are rotating doctors specializing in family medicine, pediatrics, and dermatology. They do not have access to your medical history. Therefore, the service is limited to providing referrals and prescriptions that are not chronic or narcotic.
• At the end of each consultation, a summary of the visit will be sent to you, which will also appear in your Clalit medical records.
• Before the call, please have your patient ID ready.
