My Connect is a tool for those who want to use Wi-Fi calling, internet calling, and frequently make calls to MTS or communicate with loved ones while roaming. When connected to Wi-Fi, you can make calls anywhere without needing a mobile network.

Calls to MTS from anywhere in the world through the app:

• Do not use minutes from your package if you have a tariff with included minutes.
• Do not cost anything if you have a tariff with per-minute payment.
• Are not limited in the number of minutes.

Making calls through the app while abroad is also advantageous - simply connect to Wi-Fi and don't spend more on calls than you would at home.

How to make calls without using the internet:

• Connect to Wi-Fi and communicate with loved ones through the app.
• Call MTS through the mobile network with the "All Networks" or "Services X" option on the "X" tariff.

When connected to the mobile network, calls to other operators and internet are charged according to your tariff.

WHAT ELSE:

• Virtual Number: You can make and receive calls, send and receive SMS from it. It is useful if you do not want to disclose your main number or if you want to separate personal and work communication. You can purchase a number in "My Connect".
• Multi-account: Useful for those with multiple numbers or phones. Multi-account allows you to upload all numbers to "My Connect" and receive or make calls in the app.
