Users can remotely oversee the status of various store locations through cross-platform interfaces available on both web and app platforms, enabling immediate response to any issues that may arise.

Main Service Features:

• Remote Multi-Point Real-Time Monitoring: Users can monitor live video feeds from mobile devices, allowing them to stay informed about employee activities and the latest store conditions at all times.
• Continuous Recording with Large Capacity: The local NVR system continuously records footage for a minimum of 30 days, with options to expand storage capacity to 60 days based on user requirements.
• Video Search and Playback: Users can quickly search historical footage by selecting IPCAM, date, and time period, facilitating effective management of customer complaints or assisting law enforcement investigations.
• Proactive Alarm Notification (Value-Added Service): In the event of a disaster or emergency, users can quickly alert authorities through an emergency button or mobile alert feature, minimizing risks to personnel safety and property damage.
• Intrusion Alarm Notification (Value-Added Service): Users can activate the IPCAM motion detection feature as needed. In case of unusual activity, automatic alert notifications are sent to enable timely action.
