Issuance:
Case 1: A QR code containing authenticated GPS coordinates from an administrator is affixed to a specific location or displayed on the facility manager's smartphone (SMS method also available).
Case 2: A one-time SMS QR code is issued at the facility usage location, sent from the administrator's smartphone.
Authentication:
Case 1: The QR code affixed at the specific location or the QR displayed on the facility manager's smartphone is authenticated using the user's smartphone reader.
Case 2: The facility user presents their assigned one-time SMS QR code to either a reader affixed at the specific location or to the facility manager's smartphone reader for authentication by the administrator.
Convenient Login:
Login is facilitated through fingerprint recognition or a convenient password, enhancing user experience.
The system supports users in managing unmanned access control, QR-based entry management, health checks, and attendance tracking without requiring membership registration. It enables efficient digital access logs and schedule management, allowing seamless utilization of unmanned entry across multiple facilities while maintaining intelligent oversight of entry status across various locations.
