Park Güell in Barcelona offers this technological application with the aim of improving the inclusion and autonomy of all park visitors, allowing them to enjoy the space independently, comfortably, and securely, regardless of their physical, sensory, or cognitive diversities.

Profile selection: The mobile application allows access to Park Güell's resources through six profiles based on specific needs: cognitive (intellectual and autistic), sensory (visual and auditory), and physical (mobility and organic). Moreover, it offers a combination of nine of these profiles for users with multiple needs.

Access and Itinerary selection: Access points at Carmelo, San José, Marianao, Baixada Glòria, and Coll de Portell, along with recommended, essential, and reduced mobility itineraries are available.

Digital Maps: Once a profile is selected, users can access a personalized digital map without GPS. This map helps identify the nine main park resources, six complementary ones, three services, nine access points, three picnic areas, and three calm spaces. These maps are tailored for individuals with intellectual diversities. They may also include an accessible route for people with reduced mobility or colors adapted for those with specific visual needs.

Information: Each point of interest (POI) provides information in different adapted formats:

Name of the resource and/or service
Color images as well as adapted black-and-white images
Pictograms for individuals with cognitive diversity
Video clips
Complete audio narrations based on easy-to-read texts (audioguides)
Emergency telephone number
Complete texts in easy-to-read format following the UNE 153101:2018 standard

Menu: The top-left corner of the maps grants access to the mobile application menu, which includes:

Settings: Sound (on/off), Language (Spanish/Catalan/English/French), Send feedback, and Close application
