Additionally, the application sends notifications regarding selected accounts and alerts about scheduled network maintenance outages.

The application features an 8-option menu:

1. Claims: Submit claims for service interruptions or other technical issues.
2. Customer Service Centers: Locate Edea's commercial offices through geolocation.
3. Consumption: Access your consumption history for the past twelve months.
4. Invoice: View due dates, amounts, and payment statuses for the last twelve invoices associated with your account. If there is an outstanding balance, the application allows users to settle it via credit card.
5. Payment Locations: Find the nearest authorized payment locations for Edea invoices based on your current location.
6. Updates: Receive news and institutional information from Edea.
7. Profile: Link and manage multiple accounts to obtain relevant information for each.
8. Notifications: Receive updates and alerts for the accounts linked to the application.

To associate accounts with the application, users need to enter the branch number and account details along with the account holder's information as listed on the corresponding invoice.
