The CAEd Fluency in Reading app is a tool for administering fluency tests to students in partner educational networks of the Center for Public Policies and Education Assessment at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (CAEd/UFJF). This app is specifically designed for professionals who are responsible for administering these tests and is not intended for direct use by students.

Some of the features of this app include access to a list of planned students, pre-test recording, and recording of student responses. All of this can be done offline, taking into consideration the diverse infrastructure of public education systems in Brazil. Internet access is only required for audio synchronization.

The CAEd/UFJF continues to make strides in ensuring the right to education for students in public schools across the country. To accommodate the diversity of public education systems in Brazil, this app has been developed to meet a variety of contexts, particularly in terms of infrastructure. For example, assessments can be conducted without an internet connection, so internet access is only necessary during data registration and transfer.

The aim of the CAEd/UFJF initiative is to guarantee the right to education for students in public schools nationwide.
