The application employs the latest AI voice recognition engine, incorporating OpenAI's "whisper" model, which enhances accuracy significantly. It effectively handles multi-person conversations and automatically removes filler words such as "uh" and "ah."

Creating minutes from meetings has never been easier. Users can record on their smartphones and receive automatic transcription, drastically reducing the time required for this task. This service is particularly recommended for individuals who have previously spent hours drafting meeting notes.

The application also features automatic speaker identification, with transcription results organized into blocks based on individual speakers. This eliminates the need to repeatedly listen to recordings to find specific sections. Users can pinpoint and replay segments directly from the transcribed text.

A convenient search function is available, allowing users to quickly locate desired audio files using keyword searches. Transcribed data can also be reviewed on a computer by logging into the web application "AutoMemo Home," where results can be viewed by speaker, edited, and easily shared via URL.

The transcription service supports 72 languages beyond Japanese; however, it only transcribes one language per recording session and does not include translation features.

Additionally, the application supports cloud integration, enabling automatic upload of audio and text data to platforms such as OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox.

Four plans are offered to accommodate users' needs:

1. Trial Plan: Free (one hour of transcription monthly)
2. Monthly Plan: ¥1,480/month
3. Annual Plan: ¥12,800 (30 hours of transcription monthly)
4. 10-Hour Charge: ¥1,980 (valid for 180 days)
5. 50-Hour Charge: ¥9,900 (valid for 180 days)

Please note that unused transcription time from the Trial, Monthly, or Annual Plans does not roll over into the following month.
