639 Hz works on connecting and harmonizing relationships, addressing our perceptions of love. It can assist in altering the way you engage with the world, promoting greater harmony and balance in your life. Moreover, it can address issues related to self-love and acceptance, loneliness, and emotional stability.

The recording comprises two tracks. The first is suitable for daytime use as it gently guides you back to full waking consciousness. Conversely, the second track leads you into a deep sleep state, making it ideal for pre-sleep relaxation.

When prompted to repeat affirmations, strive to connect with positive emotions (such as happiness, joy, and love). Doing so aids in ingraining the suggestions more deeply. Although verbal repetition is not necessary, establishing a strong emotional bond with the affirmations is important.
