- S1 Mobile Customer Service App is available for S1 Mobile line customers who can log in with the ID/password registered on the website.

- This service is available on smartphones with Android OS 4.1.2 or higher and minimum 1GB RAM.

Main Features:

1. Easy Inquiry:

Input your date of birth/phone number to instantly check usage amount/charges in real-time. Forget your ID/password? No worries!

2. Widget:

You can check your usage immediately on the smartphone screen with a widget without needing to run the Customer Service App.

3. Plan Change:

You can switch to the desired rate plan.

4. Additional Services:

You can change additional services and avail of temporary suspension/reactivation.

5. Data Roaming:

By applying for data roaming, you can freely use data in major countries worldwide.
