• If you are experiencing forced termination, it may be due to insufficient memory. Before using the Image Editing Shop, please stop other apps. Also, uncheck "Settings->Function Settings->Use undo function" on the home screen. This will disable the undo function but improve the performance during image editing.

For those unable to save images:

• Due to changes in Android specifications, you can only save images in specific folders. If you are unable to save images, please try the following solutions:
• 1. Update the app version to 1.3.0 from Google Play Store. To check the app version, launch the app and go to the version information in settings.
  2. Launch the app.
  3. Select "Settings" on the home screen.
  4. Check "Specify save location".
  5. Select one of "Download/", "DCIM/", "Pictures/", or "Documents/" in "Select save location".
  6. If the above folders are not available, you can also use "DCIM/Camera" or other folders.
