Attention:

The accepted payment methods are credit cards or d payment (only available for DoCoMo phone bill consolidation payment). Debit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.

How to use:

First, register as a member. Once you have installed the app, please register. Please note that pricing plans may vary depending on the provider. For more details, please refer to the service website. Payment methods available are credit cards or DoCoMo payment. For those who wish to use DoCoMo payment, please register using "Use with d account". For those who wish to use credit card payment, please register using "Use with bike-sharing account".

Finding a Cycle Port:

Find the cycle port you wish to use and make a bike reservation. After registering your card key or smartphone key from the account menu, you can unlock the bike by pressing the "START" or "開始" button on the bike control panel and then touching the panel. Please feel free to use it. Please note that battery levels are provided as a reference only.

Before using:

• Check the battery level, brake performance, handle condition, bell sound, and tire pressure.
• Adjust the saddle height for a safe ride.

Unlocking:

The bikes in the cycle port are locked. Open the app and either make a bike reservation from the port details or choose a lock type from the "Unlock" menu. Then, follow the specific unlocking method based on your bike lock type:

1. If the lock is square-shaped: Press the "START" button on the bike control panel, enter the reservation passcode (4 digits), and unlock it.
2. If the lock is round-shaped: Press the "開始" button on the bike control panel, scan the QR code, and unlock it.
3. If using a registered card key (IC card) or smartphone key: Simply hold your card close to the bike to borrow it.

Return confirmation:

• Confirm the return port with the app (please note that some ports may have restrictions on bike capacity, usage hours, or temporary suspension).
• Go to the cycle port, manually lock the bike, and press the "ENTER" button on the bike control panel.
• Once you receive a return notification on the app, the return process is complete. You can also check your usage history in the app.
• If you rent a bike in Tokyo and want to return it in Yokohama or Kawasaki, please return it within each respective area as they do not allow cross-area returns.

Payment methods:

You can use credit card payment. Some providers also accept d payment (DoCoMo phone bill consolidation payment).
