■ Before Using
The reporting of the Individual Number (My Number) with this application is available to those who fall under the following criteria:
- Individuals who possess a current Individual Number Card or Notification Card with their name and address
- Individuals who have not changed their name or address for reporting to this bank

■ Application Process
1. Prepare the following documents and download the application:
- Individual Number Card or Notification Card + Driver's License
- Documentation containing the branch and account numbers of your regular deposit account such as a cash card
2. Select the verification document (Individual Number Card or Notification Card) to report
3. Enter your email address
4. Input the confirmation code sent to your email into the application
5. Provide the account information for your regular deposit account that you hold
6. Take a picture of the verification document (Individual Number Card or Notification Card + Driver's License)
7. Confirm your reporting details
8. Reporting completed

■ Caution
- If there is any change in the name or address that has been reported to this bank, you cannot use this application. Please ensure that the name and address on the verification document (Individual Number Card or Notification Card) match your current information
- Customers under adult guardianship system (adult guardianship, curatorship, assistance, voluntary guardianship), customers with accounts using business names, or customers residing overseas are not eligible for reporting their Individual Number (My Number) through this application. - If your device has ever been rooted, the application may not start or operate correctly
