• Partial early repayment loan simulation and application acceptance

• Store and ATM search (reservation function for store visits)

Please Note:

• When using the portal app:
• If you do not have an account, please open one with this app.
• When registering your ID, we will authenticate with your account information and cash card PIN number.
• If you have an account at the same branch, you can transact with the same ID.
• For certain transactions like transfers, we will verify your identity using the Easy Authentication app in advance.
• If you wish to stop using or unregister, please register for stoppage or unregistration from our website. (This can also be done from a computer or similar device).

When applying for account opening:

• Please prepare the following identification documents:
• A valid driver's license with an expiration date
• A driving history certificate
• (Issued on or after April 1, 2012 only)
• Individual number card (My Number Card)
• (Applicable only to Japanese documents issued before February 3, 2020)

• Passport
• (Applicable only to Japanese documents applied before February 3, 2020)

• Note: The account opening will be for a smartphone passbook without issuing a physical passbook.
