The Prottoyon.gov.bd mobile application, known as the Certification App, offers a streamlined platform for accessing various services available on Prottoyon.gov.bd. Users who have not previously registered on Prottoyon.gov.bd or within the app will need to complete the registration process, which is tailored according to the user type. Essential documents for registration include a national identity card or birth certificate.

To utilize the app, users must log in using their unique account details based on their classification (citizen or administrative). This can be done via mobile number, email, national identity card number, and password.

The Certification App facilitates easy applications for a wide range of certificates by Bangladeshi citizens. Applications can be submitted either through a citizen account or an entrepreneur account. After providing the required information, applicants must make a specified payment related to their requests. Upon successful payment, applications are subject to verification by the secretary and subsequently reviewed by the chairman, mayor, or councillor. If all information is confirmed accurate, the application will be approved; otherwise, it may be rejected.

Once an application is approved, citizens can obtain their certificates directly through the council or opt to print them from an entrepreneur account post-approval.
