1. Mobile App’s Key Features:
   • Membership: Sign up for the Shilla Rewards program to earn and redeem points in real time and view your points balance online.
   • Coupons: View available Shilla Rewards coupons based on your membership level.
   • Reservations: Access room and dining reservation services through the app.
   • Members Only: Utilize the mobile check-in/check-out service in advance.
   • Special offers/events: Explore room packages and F&B promotions.
   • Notifications: Stay informed about promotions and member benefits with notifications.
   • Hotel information: Access details about rooms, restaurants, wedding venues, banquet halls, and other amenities.
